I come from a family of entrepreneurs. My great-grandfather and my dad were both Chiropractors who owned their own practices. My sister is a co-owner of Fable Hollow, a fantasy themed coffee and bookshoppe in the Knoxville area.

My story...
I've always been interested in photography.
When I was a child, a digital camera was my first major purchase. In middle school and high school, I enjoyed staging photoshoots with my sister (and friends) and photographing anything and everything that piqued my interest!
My love of photography took a backseat once I entered college. I choose to major in accounting out of a desire for a stable job. I even went on to get a masters in accounting from UTK and my CPA designation.
A couple years into my public accounting career, I realized how poorly I'd chosen. I'm a naturally creative person and accounting was decidedly not for me. I craved work that was unique, meaningful, and creative.
I remembered my childhood love of photography and started to research what a career as a photographer could actually look like.
I dove in and I haven't looked back! I worked as a CPA while growing my business until the Fall of 2023 when I finally quit my day job to be a full time photographer!
Why I love maternity and newborn photography...
When I started my business in 2020, I was photographing everything from graduating seniors to branding sessions. I enjoyed all of it, but I really fell in love with maternity and newborn photography.
I love being there to capture such a sweet period of joyful expectation and change in your lives. I love to celebrate the female body and the incredible beauty and strength required to bring new life into the world.
I want to take the stress and guess work off your plate so you can just be with your family during this special time.
It's one thing to have someone take your picture, it's another thing entirely to spend a peaceful hour wrapped up with your family while I create art showcasing these precious relationships.
I want you to be present and soak it all in. When you look back on your photos, you'll remember how gently your husband touched your pregnant stomach while you both waited to welcome your little one. You'll look back on your photos and remember what it felt like to hold your little miracle when you first came home.
When you have this artwork adorning the walls of your home, you'll walk past these memories every single day. It's a reminder of how beautiful your family is and the importance of being present with them.
